Located in Tuscany, Chianti is the most recognised wine region in Italy. Traditionally made from a blend of Sangiovese, Canaiolo and Trebbiano varietals. Chianti is a ruby red, intense wine with sweet floral aromas and a hint of vanilla.
Ingredients include 6 gallons of grape must (no water added), fining agents and yeast. Requires no addition of any water. All ingredients are 100% food-grade. G.M.O. FREE PRODUCT.
Produces 30 - 750 mL bottles of wine.
