Amaretto is a popular Italian style almond liqueur.
Pour the entire contents of this bottle and 1 1/4 cup (280g) of granulated sugar into a 34 fl. oz. (1 L) bottle. Fill with 26.5 fl oz. (750 ml) of 25-30% ABV grain alcohol, neutral vodka or clarified Super Yeast/Turbo Yeast. Shake until the sugar has completely dissolved. If desired, thicken with 1 fl. oz. of glycerine.
