What is the best way to clean and sanitize beer bottles?

I Personally Only use bottles when I want to condition a high gravity brew. that said I Soak them in Hot water for an hour then Mechanically clean them with a stiff bottle brush and rinse them out,Followed by a 10 min soak in Star San.
