Is a Pilsener beer a Cloudy type of beer when using a keg system.

My beer seems to be cloudy until near the end of the keg. It sits in the fermenta for seven days. 3 litres pulled off the hose filled into the keg. Keg purged for 5 seconds sits for 60 hours at 260 kpa in fridge before pouring first glass.
