Shipping & Delivery

Booth's Brewing offers a variety of shipping options your order:

  • Will Call, In Store Pickup. Tampa Store Only -  Place your order 24 hours beforehand and we will have it available for you to pick up during our business hours.

  • "Hot Break" Special Rate. Ships at flat-rate fee of just $7.95; in-stock orders ship in 1 to 4 business days; delivery in 1 to 5 business days depending on zone. Packages are delivered Tuesday-Saturday, between 10 AM and 7 PM. Heavy and bulky products, such as bulk sacks of grain or malt, glass bottles, carboys, and wine kits are excluded from flat-rate shipping.

  • UPS 2nd Day.  In-stock orders ship within 1 business day, delivery in 3 business days.
  • UPS Next Day Air Saver, Next Day Air.  In-stock orders ship within 1 business day, delivery in 2 business days. Packages are delivered Monday-Friday.
  • Next Day Air Early AM*. Ships at actual UPS rates; in-stock orders ship within 1 business day, delivery in 1 business day. Packages are delivered Monday-Friday.

*due to UPS restrictions, some items cannot be shipped UPS 2-Day or Overnight - please refer to product descriptions for shipping restrictions.

The cutoff time for same-day shipping of Ground and other expedited orders is 12:00pm central time. Expedited orders placed after noon will be shipped the following business day.

Please do not attempt to ship to a PO Box. All deliveries require a physical address.
Entering a PO Box will require us to contact you and will delay your order.

All weights displayed while ordering are estimates of the "billing weight," not the actual weight of the shipment.

Outside the Contiguous US

Both's Brewing does not ship internationally, to APO addresses, Alaska and Hawaii at this time.

We do not guarantee viability of liquid yeast shipped outside the contiguous US, and recommend that customers in these locations choose dry yeast instead.

Privacy & Security
We respect the privacy of our customers. Therefore, you should know that we do NOT rent, trade or sell our mailing list to third parties. We never sell e-mail addresses or purchase information.
Returns & Replacements
All brewing equipment and ingredients are thoroughly checked before shipping.  We take great care to enure that our products are the freshest.  If you have a problem with your order please contact us immediately, with in 24 hrs of the delivery.  Ingredients are non-refundable as is brewing equipement.
Payment & Promotions
All payments are captured when the order is shipped.  Instore pickup is captured at pickup time.
Promotions for the online store are only redeemable online.  Instore sales and promotions are only redeemable in store.
