Blichmann Fermenator - 14.5 Gallon Conical Fermentor

This Blichmann Engineering creation is made of 100% heavy gauge Stainless Steel and FDA approved silicone. The easy to clean interior of this fermenter is weld-free and smooth, leaving no tiny nooks or crannies where bacteria might hide. All the fittings are weld-free, allowing for easy removal for a thorough cleaning or sanitizing. The Fermenator features a rotating racking arm. You can being siphoning with the arm in the horizontal position and slowly rotate it downward until sediment just begins to be picked up, ensuring a clean transfer. Need to dry hop your batch? No problem, as this model features a lid hatch offering easy and sanitary access to your beer. The lid is also pressure capable, so you can use CO2 to pump your beer into kegs. Permanently connected handles fold away for convenience. Caution: a full unit will be difficult to move. We suggestion installing the optional casters. Also, the optional bolt-on leg extensions allow for easy siphoning into a Cornelius keg and is a great addition for both ale and lager brewers.
