Saniclean is a low-foam, acid anionic rinse for brewing & food applications. Effectively removes odors and flavors. Use as a final rinse after thoroughly cleaning with a good alkaline cleaner.
Use Saniclean at a rate of 1 oz. per 3 gallons of water. Apply by spray or soak with a contact time of at least 3 mins. Empty or drain the vessel and let air dry. All parts and equipment should be reassembled wet after soak to minimize contamination. Let air dry.
